Welcome to the webinar Nothing About Us Without Us: Supporting Autistic Accommodation and Inclusion in Autism-Related Services. This webinar is led by Peter Jung, a Social Skills Group Facilitator and Autistic Self-Advocate. This session will explore the 'Nothing About Us Without Us' movement, and its connection to the social model of disability. It also discusses practical strategies for fostering autistic inclusion through meaningful accommodations, and the transformative benefits of inclusive practices in autism services.

• Identify the Nothing About Us Without Us movement and how it fits into the social model of
disability

• Distinguish how autistic inclusion can be enabled through autistic accommodation.

• List at least three benefits of autistic inclusion into autistic services.

• Understanding the Why: Learners should be able to describe the Nothing about us without us
movement, and how it fits into the social model of disability

• Understanding the How: Learners will be able to describe how autistic inclusion can be enabled
through autistic accommodation

• Understanding the benefit: Learners will be able to list at least three benefits of autistic inclusion
into autistic services.
