At Catalight Classroom, we are committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. We strive to adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) AA standards for accessibility. Additionally, we are open to making accommodations whenever feasible to promote inclusivity.
If you require accommodation, contact us before you begin a course. We will make every effort to accommodate your unique needs, however, please note that we cannot guarantee accommodation in all cases.
We can provide the following accommodations with documentation indicating the need for a reasonable accommodation, which may include:
Continuing education surveys must be completed before continuing education or professional development credits are awarded.
For any continuing education-eligible events not conducted through the Classroom platform, a survey will be emailed to the email address that you provided in your event registration.
Catalight Classroom maintains records of completed certificates for seven years. We encourage you to keep your own personal records. Certificates are located in your account in Catalight Classroom for easy downloading. If a copy of your certificate is needed after seven years, you can contact us to request one.
You are required to agree to and follow the Classroom Code of Conduct. Violations may result in suspension or ban from the platform and/or loss of earned certificates.
We value your feedback and aim to address concerns promptly. If you have a complaint contact us and we will acknowledge receipt within three business days and promptly work towards a resolution.
All purchases are considered final, and refunds are not issued. However, if Catalight Classroom initiates course modifications or cancellation, refunds will be granted.
Group rates are available for groups of 20 or more. Please contact us to inquire about group rates. Group rate courses are redeemable by using a code at checkout. Our policy on group code redemption for group purchases ensures that organizations receive the number of codes agreed upon in their group rate purchase for Catalight Classroom courses.
Each code is redeemable for one course, with expiration dates stipulated in the group agreement. If a practitioner doesn't complete a purchased course, the code can be reissued only if certain milestones like capstone sessions, fidelity, or final exams have not yet been completed or started, otherwise, the code becomes ineligible for reissuance.
Once the agreed-upon courses are redeemed or expiration dates lapse, the codes will no longer be valid. Should an organization wish to switch the course from one user to another, please contact us. This will allow us to facilitate their addition to our system, thereby ensuring a seamless redemption process.
Accounts that have been inactive for 90 days will be moved to an inactive status. You can reactivate their account when you are ready to start another course or continue a previously registered course.
If your account has been deactivated and you wish to reactivate it, please contact us.
Our typical response time is within 48 business hours of receipt of your request.
