This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Catalight Foundation, a California nonprofit corporation, ("Catalight") and you (the "User"). As part of this Agreement, Catalight gives permission to the User to use Catalight Classroom and all associated materials (collectively the "Classroom"), which includes self-paced courses, web-based and virtual training along with clinical mentorship, training materials and tools, for the stated costs posted. User hereby agrees to not change or alter the material in any way or to remove Catalight's name or branding or to add a branding to the Classroom.
By downloading and using the Classroom, it constitutes User's acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. User also agrees that all materials available for download on this website are protected by copyright and any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. This includes copying any of Catalight's copyrighted materials, using Catalight's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or any other intellectual property designations in any promotional materials, publications, advertisements, or public displays, or using video, audio, or other forms of recording equipment during training sessions without prior written consent from Catalight.
Additionally, User hereby agrees that by providing personal information via this website or the Classroom, Catalight may collect, retain, and use User's data for any legitimate business purposes, or as may be required by law, in accordance with U.S. and California data privacy laws. User also agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catalight, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from User's participation in the training services or breach of this Agreement.
